He has over 25 years’ experience in B2B business development and senior operating management experience across multiple industries including Engineering, Technology and BPO. Uday brings extensive experience of implementing the best global business practices in multinational settings and was involved in setting up several technology companies as CEO.

• Uday was recently COO of Antworks global services, a Healthcare and Financial services BPO which he co-founded with two senior executives from the BPO industry after raising a 6M$ funds from Investors. The company recently acquired an 8M $ US Healthcare services firm.
• Earlier he was CEO of Customer One Services, a large BPO based in Mumbai where he grew the operations through strategic alliances in mortgage, collection and healthcare verticals.
• Uday was also the Chief Operating Officer for Info Vision Healthcare services, a healthcare BPO, which grew its operation manifold and also set up the customer services division for the firm.
• Previously Uday was the President and Country manager for Pacific Internet’s Ecommerce company and set up the whole India operations, with strategic alliances with leading companies.
• Uday has previously worked in leadership roles in Godrej & Boyce a leading engineering firm in India, ETA an engineering conglomerate in the Middle-east and Bajaj Auto.
• Uday holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from College of Engineering Pune and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India.

• Haresh comes from a long line of entrepreneurs with backgrounds as Millowners and Textile merchants, who have ventured successfully into overseas enterprises in International trade of consumer durables and products. This background along with his successful foray into International trade & real estate investments has given Haresh, a rich and vast experience that combined with his natural talents has yielded a mature business leader.
• Consequently, at a young age in 1983, he was appointed CEO of the Family Business House which covered activities in Malaysia and Singapore. His Business acumen and out of -the box thinking enabled him to strategically structure the Group into core Divisions of Investments, Real Estate and International trade.
• He enhanced the Group network and expanded the trade division greatly.
• During early 2000 with a proliferation of distressed assets worldwide, Haresh created a special division on Restructuring & Acquisitions with a special focus on turning around distressed Shopping Malls and other Real estate assets. The division achieved notable success with the turnaround of the Iconic ‘Globe Stores” in Kualalumpur.
• Haresh’s current portfolio includes interests/investments in Real Estate, International trade, distribution agencies and Health care, all of which have achieved success. He currently sits on the board of a Holding company which has varied interests/investments in Real Estate Development.
• Haresh, who is a recognised business leader in Malaysia takes a keen interest in Holistic traditional medicine and in emerging technologies.
• He holds a degree in Business& commerce, with a speciality in statistics.

• Dr. Poonam Bhaskar is an experienced medical professional who has over 12 years work experience covering various assignments.
• Currently she heads the Wellness Consulting Division, advising on wellness issues to corporates and other groups.
• Prior to this she has handled dental surgical assignments in India and the Middle East where she was a licensed practitioner.
• She started her career as a lecturer in Government Dental College, Mumbai, a premier dental institute in India.
• She holds a Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) and a Masters in Dental Studies (oral medicine and radiology) from Government dental college, Mumbai, India.

• Pinky is a senior professional with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and business head roles in the technology and consumer industry.
• Recently she was the founder of a direct sales organization involved in the marketing of consumer products to tier b cities. The company achieved notable success increasing its turnover manifold.
• Earlier has headed the Spice group as Head-Strategic business unit for the BPO division in Mumbai where she grew its operation manifold through different Verticals like Ecommerce/DTH/Telecom. Managed a team size of 800 employees as an SBU unit head, turn around the center from a non-profit making unit to a profitable venture by adding additional 400-seater business.
• She has spent over 3 years with the leading company in the BPO sector Intelenet Global Services (SERCO) in Telecom processes AT&T/Vodafone where she achieved remarkable success with operational efficiency.

• Sudhir has over 25 years’ industry experience, primarily in the B2B space, across business development, program management, operations and P&L roles.
• During his career, he has served with leading Indian groups – Godrej, Tata, TVS, multinational corporations like Saint-Gobain, Jabil Circuit and Hinoday (a joint-venture with Hitachi Metals), as well as new businesses set up by first generation entrepreneurs
• Having worked with demanding clients in the automotive, electronics and technology sectors, his area of expertise includes Key Account Management and establishing and running CRM processes for ensuring Delivery, Cost and Quality requirements of the customer.
